Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to (South Africa) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

SHIPPING COST

A standard rate of R99 will be charged for shipping. 
All orders above R749 in value will qualify for FREE SHIPPING


TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:

Transit time is (2-3) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Handling time is (0-1) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg).

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Perfumology provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

DELAYS
Perfumology is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Perfumology is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Perfumology will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Perfumology recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Perfumology is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if customer address is wrongly provided .

SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which Perfumology makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
