Returns & Exchanges

PERFUMOLOGY is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We recognize that there may be instances where a product doesn't meet your expectations. In such uncommon occurrences, we recommend familiarising yourself with the terms specified below concerning product returns. 

Exchange & Refunds Policy: Recognizing the subjective and personal nature of fragrances, we offer our customers the option to exchange or refund their goods.

For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the two-way courier fee (R100 x 2).

For refunds, the customer will be responsible for the two-way courier fee (R100 x 2). If your refund is approved, the courier fees will be deducted from the refund amount, and a refund of the net amount will be processed back to the original payment method.

Exchange & Refunds Restrictions: In order to maintain fairness and prevent potential misuse of our system, PERFUMOLOGY reserves the right to impose limitations on the number of exchanges allowed per customer. Frequent and repetitive exchanges, viewed as an attempt to exploit the system for obtaining free samples or other purposes, may be considered an abuse of our policies. The determination of such behaviour is at the discretion of PERFUMOLOGY’s management. Customers suspected of engaging in such practices may be disqualified from participating in our exchange service.


Damaged Merchandise: We place meticulous care in packaging our products to ensure their pristine condition upon delivery. Nevertheless, should you encounter a damaged item, we kindly request you to promptly notify us. To report a damaged item, please reach out to us at support@perfumology.co.za, accompanied by a comprehensive description of the damage and clear photographic evidence. Upon receipt of the damaged product and confirmation of the damage, an exchange will be facilitated, and a replacement item dispatched, subject to stock availability. Kindly be aware that this provision does not cover minor packaging damage that does not impact the functionality of the product or any damage resulting from mishandling by the customer after delivery.
